What does the Graduate Programme involve? 
We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our Graduate programme commencing this September 2017.    

You will work in a fast moving, dynamic team that supports the whole of the Energy Networks business. You will be involved in all areas of communications & stakeholder, internal and external, promoting what SP Energy Networks do in the communities we serve.   

You will work as part of the team and also be responsible for your own projects over time and whilst the immediate team and work is with SP Energy Networks, you will also interface with the wider Corporate group and there will be opportunity to work with counterpart teams in the global regulated businesses (Spain, USA & Brazil).   

Your work base will be Ochil House Blantyre initially then move to our headquarters in Glasgow city centre, however we cover Scotland and North West England and North Wales areas and have a strong interface with the Licence teams so there will be travel requirements.

Minimum Criteria:
  • This role requires a Marketing or a Marketing specific related degree - Honours Degree (or equivalent) 
Selection Process:

  • Online Testing - If you’re CV meets these criteria you will be asked to complete online verbal, numerical and inductive reasoning tests followed by a talent simulation test.
  • Telephone Interview - If you pass the online testing you will then be asked to undergo a telephone interview. If you are successful at this stage, you will be asked to attend our assessment event.
  • Assessment Event - Successful applicants will be invited to a one-day assessment centre to be held on Tuesday 1st August 2017, which will include a presentation, competency based interview and a group exercise.
