Join us as a Performance Analyst to work within a global company at an exciting time to become part of our dynamic Energy Networks business where we will develop your financial and commercial awareness you will have direct involvement in making a difference to achieve business goals and regulatory targets across the Network Planning and Regulation department. 

Primarily you will have accountability for management of regulatory performance against cost allowances and other network operators to aid management decision making in a fast paced and increasingly expanding business. This is a great prospect for a delivery focused highly numerate graduate or professional in the early stages of their careers who is looking for a new challenge with an opportunity to additionally study for a professional accountancy qualification. This role will act as the catalyst to develop your business acumen and encourage you to further your career.

This is a chance to work with the utility company of the future and get involved in the essential reporting of performance annually to Ofgem. Additionally, you will assist with development of strategy to optimise the position of the licensed businesses in respect of all aspects of financial/economic regulation. You will be required to present reports and findings in a clear and logical manner to stakeholders and reporting functions globally. A successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively across functions in a financial and commercial environment for a distribution network and transmission operator.  With your degree qualification in a numerical based subject and attention to detail you will have excellent IT skills and report presentation skill.  Whilst having the opportunity to develop your communication skills in presenting regulatory performance reports to Senior Management and adapting to emerging and complex priorities within a fast paced environment.
